Where a policy says confirmed with your reservation, our team will set out the exact terms in writing before your booking is final. Terms on third-party booking platforms apply only to bookings made on those platforms.
Occupancy & children
Maximum occupancy includes adults and children:
Every apartment has three bedrooms and can be booked as a one-bedroom stay (up to 2 guests), a two-bedroom stay (up to 4 guests) or a three-bedroom stay (up to 6 guests).
One party per apartment: when an apartment is booked for certain dates — for example as a three-bedroom stay — its one- and two-bedroom options are unavailable for those dates.
Children, baby cots and extra beds: Please confirm this with our team before booking — we will include it in your booking confirmation.
How bookings are confirmed
Inquiries sent through this website by WhatsApp or email are requests, not reservations. A booking is confirmed only when Behomu Apartments confirms availability, the rate and payment arrangements to you in writing.
Rates shown on the website are starting rates per night. Your final rate depends on dates, length of stay and the apartment.
Cancellation & prepayment
Please confirm this with our team before booking — we will include it in your booking confirmation.
Bookings are paid in full by card at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
House rules

Respect for neighbours: Please keep noise to a considerate level, particularly in the evening, and treat the apartment and shared spaces with care.
