These terms apply to your use of the Behomu Apartments Kampala website. By using the site you agree to them. The terms of your stay are confirmed separately when your reservation is confirmed.

2. Information on this website

We aim to keep descriptions, photographs, amenities and rates accurate and up to date. Photographs show interiors representative of each apartment type; furnishings and décor may differ between individual apartments. Rates are shown as starting prices per night in US dollars and are not a quote.

3. Booking inquiries

The booking tool on this website prepares an inquiry message that you send to us by WhatsApp or email. Sending an inquiry does not create a reservation or a contract. A reservation exists only when Behomu Apartments confirms it to you in writing, including the dates, apartment, rate and any payment or cancellation terms.

The website does not display live availability. Apartments shown as fitting your group may still be unavailable on your dates.

4. Stays and house rules

Guests must follow our house rules and policies and respect the maximum occupancy of each apartment, which includes children.

5. Third-party bookings

If you book through an online travel platform, that platform’s terms, prices and cancellation conditions apply to your booking.

6. Intellectual property

Photographs, videos, text and branding on this website belong to Behomu Apartments Kampala and may not be reused without permission.

7. Liability

We provide this website for information. While we take care to keep it accurate, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information that has changed or for temporary unavailability of the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
